How do I know you know what you're doing?
We belong to a network of over 200 experienced investors and entrepreneurs who have been involved in countless mergers and acquisitions. We have immediate access to expertise, and most likely there's not a situation that has not been navigated by somebody within the group. If there's a question we can't answer, we'll find the answer.
Do you have access to funding?
Yes. As mentioned, along with our network of experienced investors & entrepreneurs, Guadalupe Capital has access to funding and can move quickly on deals that make sense.
How quickly can you close?
We always need to conduct a due diligence process to make sure we put together the right kind of deal structure for both of us. That said, we want to make sure we understand critical timing elements for you and we'll do our best to respect those. We are equipped to move quickly if needed.
What if I'm not quite ready to sell? I don't want to be pressured.
We have ZERO interest in closing on a transaction with a seller who has any apprehension whatsoever. While our goal is full transparency, trust, and collaboration, sometimes you just aren't comfortable with the arrangement, and that's fine.
